Co-founded the Pro Painter Network and wrote all PPN standards, membership programming and process, and partner deliverables.

Served on the Executive Leadership Team with the Creative Director and Operations Director to determine strategic direction, budgets, and communications.

Served on the Executive Team with the Finance Director which provided direction for all strategic planning, budgeting, membership process, education,marketing, and industry partnerships.

Directed the Education and Membership departments and budgets responsible for all content development, outreach, marketing, community partnerships, and member engagement in a trade association representing 350,000 business contractors nationwide. Hired and supervised marketing managers, outreach coordinators, education managers, brand managers, event planners and administrative assistants.

Traveled with the Board Chair to meet with industry partners and sponsors to plan support for annual programming and operations. Created and presented proposals for contributions and involvement.

Created/Directed PCA’s Trade Best Practice Series training videos/curriculum (15 videos).

Created and fulfilled prospectus benefits for all sponsors, including Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore, and creatively engaged partners in education and outreach. Created and maintained full, annual education calendars and speakers bureaus.

Created and instituted Pathways and Member To Leader which offered new members pathways for member engagement and leadership development. Member To Leader was copyrighted to set a new standard for association engagement, contractor training and networking, new member process, leadership training, and service recognition.

Directed the installation and facilitation of three Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integration with Association Management Systems (AMS), and administered Accreditation for all member companies.

Created robust year-round education schedules with high-caliber, business development educators and technical instructors for over 150 education sessions a year including live seminars, online webinars, podcasts, in-the-field live-streaming, and training videos. Created, produced, and hosted the association’s first podcast with 50k plays in its first year. Media and content engagement, internal and external, increased year over year.

Orchestrated and innovated all convention programming with keynotes, 40 educational sessions, Master’s Class trainings, Workshops, Throw-Down Debates, leadership training, peer-to-peer brain melds, and networking events.

Launched and led a professional networking group in St. Louis for Education/Prof. Development Directors. Currently building credits towards an ASAE’s CAE (Certified Association Executive) Certification.

Established a Peer-To-Peer specialist network (Ask-A-Peer) which harnessed the technical expertise of association members and assisted in shifting reliance away from external, consultant-heavy education to internally trained expert panels and roundtables. Executive Team member responsible for education, membership, community connection, events, and affinity groups.

Wrote and developed NEXT, a comprehensive constituent engagement program founded on the psychology of cognitive flow which included progress mapping, challenge assessment, challenge matching, evaluation scheduling, peer-to-peer mentoring, and leadership identification and training. It was introduced to other communities at the district level. I received a commendation by the author of Flow Psychology, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, who stated that my application of Flow in a community program was one of the finest iterations of his ideas that he had seen to date.

Assisted the interfaith community by serving on a panel of young leaders and presenting a conceptual overhaul for young leader development(CAUSE and LEADER-FIT).

Served as Anchor/Host organization coordinator and primary contact on the Serve St. Louis steering team, a consortium of organizations and churches collaborating on a community service event in the St. Louis and surrounding area involving over 70 organizations and churches, and hosting 5,500 participants in a single year.

Identified and organized community service opportunities for growing volunteerism. Established all-church community service days—GO!--which served 45 different agencies and sent out over 550 participants into the community.
