Regularly visit sites of Turn Around #4 Project and monitor safe execution by Contractor, VSM’s, Consultants. Refinery Turn Around was successfully completed during February-March, 2020.

Coordinate with Materials Department (Local and Foreign Teams, Inventory Control Section), Plant Maintenance Department, Engineering Services Department, Technical Services Department and Inspection Department for timely solution of day to day issues to ensure on time availability of all materials required at Plant during Turn Around.

Received Management appreciation for contribution in Turn Around.

After Turn Around, coordinated with Materials Departments (Local and Foreign), Inventory Control Section, Plant Maintenance Department, Engineering Services Department, Technical Services Department and Inspection Team for solution of day to day technical issues. Regularly follow-up with concerned to ensure timely availability of materials at site for REVAMP Project and for rehabilitation of storage tanks for petroleum products, reactor columns etc. which are deemed important as a result of quarterly Inspections by QA-QC Department.

2. Project Based Assignments from October, 2012 – March 29, 2015 a. General Manager Technical and Projects in AMS Power & Industrial Engineering: Responsible to win new projects and their successful installation. Won four projects in few months and arranged their successful installation. All projects involved Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation works. One project was biggest (value wise) in company history. b. Senior Manager Technical and Design in Haseeb Waqas Group of Companies: Finalization of 100 MWe coal based Power Plant consisting of 4x125 TPH coal fired high pressure boilers and steam turbines for a sugar mill. Detail engineering and technical support during the manufacturing of bagasse fired high pressure water tube boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, refinery/petrochemical distillation towers, storage tanks, dual media filters, sand filters, RO units, Demineralized Water/ soft water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, overhead travelling cranes, belt conveyors, sorting conveyors, process piping and steel structure. Installed as per ASME, DN/EN and API Standards. c. Engineering Manager: 48,500 M3 LGO Tank and LCO Tank including piping works for Qatar Petroleum (Doha-Qatar).

d. Project Manager: Oryx GTL Shutdown works (Qatar). e. Project Management for the design, procurement and installation of 15 MMCFD Oil & Gas processing Plant for Polish Oil & Gas Company (POGC). HAZOP Study in Poland during June-July, 2007

Al-Jubail Fertilizer Company (ALBAYRONI); an affiliate of SABIC awarded 400 Million Saudi Riyal Urea Prilling Tower Emission Control Mega Project to an EPC Company named as PROZAP Engineering Ltd. located in Pulaway (Poland). As a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer for this project, attended HAZOP Study meetings held in Poland.
