Project Name: - Solar MC4 Type Plug in Connector ( IEC 62852:2014 Complied & TÜV certified) Application: - Solar MC4 type plug in connectors are single-contact electrical connectors commonly used for connecting solar panels. It allows strings of panels to be easily connected by mating the connectors from adjacent panels together by hand, but requires a tool to disconnect them to ensure that they do not accidentally disconnect when the cables are pulled.
Target Customer: - Solar epc contractors.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
Created 3D model & Engineering Drawing.
Checked manufacturability of every parts associated with plug-in connector.
Created Prototypes to understand & improve product’s integrity.
Prepared testing specification & Check safety requirements as per IEC 62852:2014.

Project Name: - Solar Junction Box ( IEC 62790:2020 complied & TÜV certified) Application: - Solar junction boxes are protective enclosures that house electrical components for combination, connection, and termination for photovoltaic systems. A junction box protects the electrical connections of the solar panel from environmental conditions. Wire leads connecting the panel to the string and bypass diodes are located inside the junction box. The leads make the panel easy to connect in the string during the system’s installation process. A solar panel’s junction box is attached to the back of the solar panel. It wires the connectors together and is the output interface of the solar panel. The cables from a junction box transport the electricity from the solar panel to array junction box. Target Customer: - Solar epc contractors.

Project Name: - Mining Connector
Application: - Used for mining application as a signal connecting device, which is connected to the detonator. It consists of two metal contacts made of Phosphor Bronze material with tin plating to connect the signal circuit. It also consists of two wires i.e; lead wire which is connected to the detonator and harness wire which exits in the field location. Target Customer: - EEL (Economic Explosive Ltd)
