Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing client and consultants for the proper execution of work at site.

• Resolved issues that were encountered during construction alongside the Resident Engineer and through communication with client and design engineers.

• Ensured materials used and work performed followed contracts specifications.

• Oversaw the selection and requisition of materials including negotiating price of materials with vendors to obtain the most cost-effective solutions.

• Verified accuracy of quantity take-offs against contract drawings.

• Interpreted contract documents for providing guidance to the construction crew.

• Performed day to day management of the site, including monitoring the labor force and work of the sub-contractors to ensure quality of work and safe working conditions on the site.
