• Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ coordinating in recruitment processes.
• Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
• Preparing and Maintaining Attendance from all sites weekly & monthly
• Payroll Process
• Taking care of Visa Application formalities and follow up with Consultant to complete the documentation formalities for Visas.
• Taking care of Hotel Arrangements for Clients and Employees travelling into different states and countries
• Taking care of Management’s Credit Card Statements, vendor Bills, Creating Rental Invoices, Electricity Bills, Expense Sheets of Employees.
• Visa’s Arrangement &Travel Insurances for Manpower deployed for Abroad Projects.
• Preparing monthly PF & ESIC Challan, registration of Employees in PF & ESIC and submitting into portal on timely basis.
• Regularly follow up with PF & ESIC Consultants for any Notices from PF & ESIC.
• Procuring all the leave applications/ on duty forms /shift change forms and forwarding to HO for salary process and records.
• Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
• Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities Maintain and regularly update
(personal database, organogram) of each employee
• Monitoring housekeeping staff, canteen facilities, toilets and washing facilities, general admin functions.
• Petty Cash Handling.
