OBJECTIVE

BASIC INFORMATION

Enrolled in Indian Air Force on 28 Sep 2004 and took voluntarily discharge on 11 Feb 2020. During service engagement posted to different places in all over the India. Trained by highly qualified Administrative, Law and Ground Training Instructors and acquired umpteen experiences in Administrative management, Legal matters and Security aspects viz. Man, Material and Information Security.

PRACTICAL TRAINING

Trained in Legal matters in the Indian Air Force and having enough experience in handling the cases of trespass, encroaching of lands, Air Force Law, Civil Law and RTI's.

Proficiency in management of litigations on behalf of the Indian Air Force, which includes Legal Vetting of Contracts & Documents, Drafting of Pleadings & Applications.

Trained in dealing with Security measures and Administrative management.

Trained in firing as well as assembling/disassembling of various weapons like Sten Machine Carbine, INSAS, Pistol 9 mm, Self-Loaded Rifle (SLR) and Light Machine Gun (LMG).

Trained with Garud Commandos, Special Forces of Indian Air Force during Operation Triveni at Ranchi, Jharkhand and acquaintance with firing by highly advanced & sophisticated weapon, TEVOR & NEGEV (Israel weapons Industries).

Trained in Radio Communication Equipment’s.

Trained in minor and major Firefighting.

WORKING EXPERIENCE

Worked as In-Charge of Air Force Legal Cell, Bareilly from 01 Aug 2017 to 11 Feb 2020 and liaised with various legal heads for the early and favourable disposals of litigations & Civil Suits.

Attended Court hearings in High Court and its sub-ordinate Courts on behalf of Indian Air Force/Union of India.

Rendered legal advice to Administrative authorities of Indian Air Force on various legal and security issues.

Worked in Security Section in Indian Air Force and handling various task of Surprise Check, Patrolling Check, briefing on Arms & Ammunition and also done management of man power available for security duties.

Worked in Quick Reaction team (QRT) in Indian Air Force and gained experience to deal with unanticipated situations like theft, terrorist attack, breach of physical security and Air raid.

Worked in Disaster Management Team in Indian Air Force and get to grips with the natural calamities in no time.

Worked in various Fire Section of Indian Air Force and having experience in extinguishing the minor as well major fire.

Worked independently to handle servicing and maintenance of Radio Equipment’s.

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE

Completed two credit courses titled Computer Fundamental and Office Productivity – Linux & Windows from NIIT.

Having knowledge of MS Office, MS Word Document and Power Point.
