Responsibilities:

Administrating Production Database System, Field view, OFM software and Back allocation Engine.

Produce a variety of field production statistics and field engineering activity reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Prepare, monitor, track and report on various

production performance indicators, including

comparisons of actual values versus targets.

Compile user requirements and specifications for reports.

Design, create and test SQL reports using SSRS.

Validate report functionality with internal staff/end users.

Respond to users to troubleshoot and/or improve

existing reports.

Optimize SQL server queries to efficiently and quickly retrieve data.

Liaise with IT and System Engineer to ensure that all data back-ups are made in a timely manner. Monitor ongoing systems development.

Ensures that all data gathered and entered into the Production Engineering System are accurate, complete and reliable.

Participated in database management system upgrade project replacing Oracle database with MSQL.
