Consumer Loan Officer, Resource One Credit Union
As a consumer loan officer at Resource One Credit Union, I am responsible for my branch hitting a loan goal based off a certain dollar amount. While also obtaining a certain percentage of penetration in our backend product sales. This would include vehicle warranties, gap insurance and other products like these that are offered at Resource One. I started out at the training center in downtown Dallas to get comfortable with the contracts and learning a little bit about bank operations, since I was new to a bank setting. After about two months at the downtown location, I had the opportunity to move to our Cedar Hill location. The Cedar Hill location moved at a faster pace but had struggled the past two years without hitting loan goal. My first month and up until Covid-19 shutting the branches down I was able to hit loan goal month after month. When Covid-19 had its impact, they moved all the loan officers to a remote position that still assisted in loans but also had duties of opening business and personal accounts. That is what I am currently doing under the title of a member experience advisor. While at Resource One I have been involved in many groups such as employee engagement team, YP (young professionals), and became a certified financial counselor. June 2016- May 2019
Sr Loan Specialist, ONEMAIN FINANCIAL
As a Sr. Loan Specialist with OneMain Financial I had many responsibilities that include sales, underwriting, building merchant referrals, customer service and collections. At OneMain Financial there is monthly goals to hit that consist of new money targets, auto loan quotas and selling insurance products. I have exceeded in all these goals since my hire date with the company which allowed me to get promotions and progress within the company. I started at OneMain Financial in Waxahachie, Texas and was requested to go to Desoto, Texas to improve the branch that has had past issues in sales and team building. Since the move to Desoto in November 2018 the branch has already hit numbers that they have not hit in over a year. I led the branch in auto loans, new money sales and our insurance products. 3

Sales, WAXAHACHIE AUTOPLEX
Being in sales with Waxahachie Autoplex helped grow connections within car dealerships, while also sharping sales skills. The customer base in Waxahachie is a lot different from the previous dealership that I worked for. Having a lot of customers with prime credit and being in new car sales taught me how to be a strong closer and helped expand my verbiage during a sales process. Being in the top half of the dealer ship in sales month after month I wanted to pursue something in finance which brought me to OneMain Financial.

Sales, ALLEN SAMUELS Ennis Texas
Allen Samuels was my first sales position I have ever taken, and it was a good start for my sales career. It was a small dealership that gave me the time and guidance I needed to be successful. Dealing with a lot of subprime customers was key to understanding the products and manufacture rebates month to month to help the buying process. Being in a smaller dealership I was allowed a lot of one on one time with our finance director and finance managers to understand how the funding process works. With all the knowledge I gained at Allen Samuels and being the top sales person in the dealership I wanted to grow to a larger market. Education
