Recently (2015), I worked at Avara Wellness Spa, in the capacity of a Beauty Therapist and

serve as the Manageress when needed and that entails doing the admin work of the Spa, also

serving as the receptionist at the Spa. The specifics of this entails me performing the

treatments my clients as booked as well as booking treatments for the Spa, answering emails

which have various queries, answering the telephone, doing stock take as well as ordering the

necessities and crisis management at the Spa between the therapists and emergency situations

which can and may arise.

I worked at Hello Gorgeous Nail Bar as a Beauty

Therapist. As part of my job I do the basic

receptionist work by answering calls, emails and

making bookings as well as performing in

my profession as a Beauty Therapist. A bonus of being a Beauty therapist I'm always well-

presented and all about the finer details as being a perfectionist comes with the trade.

I am currently studying Project Management NQF Level 3 and I have recently

worked at Dimension Data as Project Co-Ord /
