Each voucher is unique to the individual prize winner and may be used towards any FlySafair destination (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Lanseria, George, Port Elizabeth, East London and Durban). You will be able to redeem the voucher via www.flysafair.co.za. To do so, go through the booking process until you reach the payment page and then enter your voucher and pin at the very end. Some information to remember:
• Your FlySafair voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue on this letterhead. Flights are subject to availability.
• Tickets are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
• Please also note that you will need to have a debit / credit card at hand to pay for airport taxes and any extra’s you wish to bring along, like a checked-in bag for only R155 and other services like SMS confirmations, travel insurance, sports equipment etc.

Terms & Conditions

1. The prize consists two return flight vouchers.
2. These flights will exclude taxes and any extras such as, but not limited to, checked in bags, pre-selected seats, insurance, catering etc. 3. Name changes will be accepted on these tickets for R300. 4. All normal terms and conditions of booking and carriage will apply. 5. Tickets are subject to availability and no special preference will be given in awarding these tickets.
6. Forfeit: There are certain situations in which a winner will forfeit his/her prize, namely:
(i) he/she is found to have contravened any other rule set out herein; (ii) he/she fails to accept delivery of the prize after Safair has made at least two attempts to deliver it;
(iii) it is unlawful for that winner to receive that prize; (iv) during the course of the year of free travel he/she behaves in a manner deemed by the airline to be damaging or contravenes the airline's general conditions of booking and carriage in any respect. 7. Return flights include one piece of hand luggage (maximum weight 7kg) per person. 8. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform FlySafair of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or any travel companions. 9. Where any of the winner's companions are aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize.
10. The prize winner must have a debit / credit card for all additional extras to the flight ticket that they may wish to add to their trip. These include but are not limited to:- o Airport taxes
o A checked-in bag
o Any extra luggage
o Travel insurance
o Premium or ordinary seat selection
o SMS notification of flights
o Adding a bicycle
o Any additional passengers you may want to add to your trip but that are not included.
12. The winner/s may be required to participate in publicity. 13. By entering the competition your email details will be stored for marketing activities. Any correspondence sent to you will have a clear opt-out should you wish to unsubscribe from marketing correspondence from FlySafair. 14. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of FlySafair and FlySafair may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to FlySafair as a result thereof. 15.
