Senior Special Operations Instructor, U.S. Army Reserve. Entered service in March 2001 and continue to serve at the rank of Colonel with the U.S. Special Operations Command as a Senior Special Operations Instructor with the Joint Special Operations University. Previously led development and training interoperability for Army Special Operations Forces. Integrated special operations functions both within the US and abroad in multiple assignments and five year-long mobilizations in support of Global War on Terrorism operations from 2002 to 2020. Led Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine special operations qualified personnel in combat missions in support of global counterterrorism operations.

Served as senior principal advisor for Environment, Safety and Occupational Health in technology policy and program formulation. Served as Program Director for National Defense Center for Energy and Environment, a $425M DoD contracting vehicle for environmental and energy technologies. Served as chair of Environmental Quality Technology Program Environmental Technology Integrated Product Team responsible for future budget development. Served as Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Director and Environmental Support Office. Provided strategic oversight for 35 environmental government and contracting professionals.

Assured uninterrupted materiel supply chain while complying with strict environmental regulations. Production plant chemical was going to become non-compliant with environmental regulations.
