● Creation of main tooling direction line.

● Ensurance of design consideration

No sink marks.

Minimum warpage.

No Die-Lock condition.

Ensured uniform thickness.

● Analysis of Draft for given surface.

● Part creation by Close Volume method.

● Design of Screw Boss & Snaps using environment data and multiple feature Placements using power copy tool.

● Creation of ribs at given weak sections.

● Creation of Slider & lifter direction lines.

● Final Draft analysis & creation of Parting Line. 2] MAP POCKET ( INTERIOR DOOR TRIMS )

INPUT :- STEP Files – Style Surface, Environment Data, Sections. RESPONSIBILITIES :-

● Study of given style surface and environment data.

● Ensurance of design considerations.

Avoided sharp corners.

Minimum warpage.

Design of rib thickness according to part thickness. Avoided undercut.

● Design of two way and four way locators.

● Flange design considering for heat stack operations.

● Design part according to 3-2-1 principle.

3] RIGHT DOOR UPPER TRIM ( INTERIOR DOOR TRIMS )

INPUT :- Style Surface, Environment Data, Sections. RESPONSIBILITIES :-

● Study of given style surface.

● Creation of A surface in parametric form.

● Creation of B surface based on A surface.

● Close volume body and draft analysis.

● Screw boss and Rib design considering tooling direction of mold.

● Review the design guidelines.

4] LOWER TRIM (INTERIOR DOOR TRIM)

INPUT - Step files - Style surface, Environment data, Sections. RESPONSIBILITIES -

● Study of given style surface.

● Creation of A surface in parametric form.

● Close volume body and draft analysis.

● Review the design guidelines.

SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY :-

Project Title :- “Asbestos Free Brake Pad Material” Project Role :- Self

Project Area :- Compression Molding Machine.

Description :-

A new brake pad was produced using banana peels waste to replaced asbestos and Phenolic resin (phenol formaldehyde), as a binder was investigated. The resin was varying from 5 to 30 wt% with interval of 5 wt%. Morphology, physical, mechanical and wear properties of the brake pad were studied. The samples, containing 25 wt% in uncarbonized banana peels (BUNCp) and 30 wt% carbonized (BCp) gave the better properties in all. The result of this research indicates that banana peels particles can be effectively used as a replacement for asbestos in brake pad manufacture. CERTIFICATION SKILLS :-
