Key Responsibilities -

Direct reporting to the Vice President- Sales of the company and Senior manager sales

Started a retail footprint of one store and expanded it to six stores in Hyderabad market.

Supported brand for franchise business format ( FOCO ) and worked to develop network by identifying and pursuing new leads, attended industry events and building relationship with new and existing clients .

Investigated and integrated process to monitor customer buying trends, market conditions and competitor actions to adjust strategies and analyze data trends to determine best methods to improve store sales.

Led various store launch activities with digital, ATL and BTL advertising, including experimental marketing for brand visibility, customer acquisition and brand penetration.

Managed recruitment of 30 plus employees and conducted training programme on process learning, sales promotion and product description

Addition of 5 stores and increased the revenue from average 25 lakhs to 2 cr per month in 1.5 years.

Coordinate with internal support groups to maximize performance.

Coordinate with Online/ Offline Marketing teams to drive more traffic/ leads through the website and campaigns.

Provide strategic solutions to enhance overall customer experience at the store.

Mapping potential customers and generate leads for the organization.

Develop lucrative incentive schemes and introduce monetary benefits to encourage the sales team to deliver their level best.

Suggesting ways to maintain and improve relationships with the clients.

Sales Resource Management: Recruiting well-qualified resources for contributing to the store's sales development. Work with the human resource manager and arrange for interviews, conduct interviews of eligible candidates, and recruit efficient sales workforce.

Consulting with the top management of the company, and drafting sales policies and marketing strategies.

Supervision, motivation and control of sales personnel in the best interest of the organization.

Ensuring that long-term customer relationship is maintained so as to achieve the goals of the enterprise.

Suggesting strategies to improve “Chat” as well as “Inbound Calls” Sales for the store calls .

Keep track of store supplies and communicate with the merchandise & factory teams to place orders for new stock.

Point of escalation for any conflicts arising with the sales staff at the store as well as the “Try-At-Home” and logistic team.

Train new employees on customer service and organizational policies.

Generate Monthly Sales Reports for store.

Accomplishments at CaratLane: -

●During the start up time introduced brand to major IT employees in Hyderabad and Bangalore by setting up BTL activities.

●Successfully implemented the initiative of identifying offline stores in Hyderabad . Was also able to scale it up to 4 locations across Hyderabad in a span of 2 years

●Created an End-to End training module for the sales teams with major focus on driving sales and improving overall customer experience at offline stores. Areas such as product knowledge and soft skills have also been covered under the said module.

Fulfillment process improvement

Have highlighted numerous improvement areas and was able to help remove redundant fields etc and make the order placement process less cumbersome for the team.

Stores Fulfillment Process Improvement

Have been the point of contact for Requirements Gathering/ documentation and numerous discussions with the tech teams in providing inputs on the offline store process application work flow and have been successful in driving the team to get better tech solutions for the Store teams.

This also led to the implementation of a robust ERP system for the entire company.

Offline Initiatives/ Events

Have personally managed and coordinated numerous Offline Events across Hyderabad and have added great value in terms of building overall brand image/ awareness. Have also maintained/ built great lasting relationships with HR personnel/ Senior Officials in IT companies in order to help organize future events/ offline campaigns.

Store Support

In spite of handling/ managing a team and having several tasks in hand all the time, have whole heartedly supported each and every Store team across the country with every single request/ help item. Have provided Fullest support to store teams not just in terms of driving Sales numbers, but also in terms of taking over customer escalations, coordination with Factory and other departments, order expedition, manpower shortages etc. Have shown high levels of Willingness to help/ assist every member of the organization when approached for support.

New Store Launches/ Transition

I have been an integral part of Forum/ Jubilee Hills/ Phoenix/ Punjagutta Store launches and have provided fullest support right from Stock Planning/ Requirements/ Checklist Preparation/ Staff Training etc. and spent a lot of time at each of these stores supporting them with operations and driving them to achieve good sales numbers and customer satisfaction levels.
