JOBS DESCRIPTIONS

Begin the duty with a routine Check round everyday.

Greasing :

Top drive (wash pipe, tilt cylinder, IBOP)

Draw works (low clutch, high clutch, Shifter ring, bearing)

Iron Roughneck (32 grease points)

Mud pump (pony rod, cooling pump, lube pump)

All centrifugal pumps, mission pumps

Top drive:

Service TDS, Change wash pipe, Check and change Gear box oil and hydraulic oil, change IBOP, Kelly Cock, saver sub, changing pipe handler dies, link tilt support cylinder, backup rinch cylinder, hydraulic hoses,

Everyday should be check lube pump pressure, differential pressure, hydraulic system pressure and temperature .

Every month should be check torque booster and rotate handler oil level.

Hydraulic cylinders maintenance.

Rigging up & rigging down mono rail tension cylinder pressure release.

Draw works:

Break pad adjustment, inspection of chain, inspection and lubrication of oil.

Inspection of all pneumatic control systems.

High clutch & low clutch maintenance.

Disconnect & connect drawworks rig move time.

Iron Roughneck:

Changing hydraulic hoses, upper dies, lower dies, rollers, spinners, Hydraulic manifold, cylinders and calibration controls.

Check & change hydraulic oil, gear box oil.

Hydraulic cylinders maintenance.

Hydraulic pump maintenance.

Adjustment of hydraulic pressure relief valve & pressure regulating valve.

Mud pump:

Weekly inspection, oil change, changing wiper seal, wear plate, pulsation dampner. Filling up nitrogen setting pressure.

Everyday should be check lube oil pressure.

Generator:

Service (change oil, air filter, fuel filter, oil filter, coolant) and maintenance.

2000 hrs valve lash adjustment.

Belt adjustment.

Compressor:

Weekly inspection, service (filter, separator and oil change) and maintenance.

Koomey Unit:

Connect and disconnect BOP and chock manifold coplex hoses, set nitrogen gas, inspection of pneumatic pump and pnematic supply.

Pressure test pump:

High pressure, low pressure, Connect and disconnect hoses.

Triplex pump maintenance.

Tower light:

Weekly inspection, service (filter and oil change) coolant, belt adjustment and maintenance.

Centrifugal pumps : Change mechanical seal, packing, shaft, sleeve, bearing, impellar, expention joint, Pump alignment.

Air winches & Man rider : Inspection, oil change and pneumatic maintenance.

Shale shaker:Inspection, mechanical side minor repairs.

Elmagco brake: Inspection of water cooling system supply and return line.

Stand pipe:Change sensor, flushing high pressure hose.

Degasser: Inspection, oil and maintenance.

Agitator :Inspection, oil change and maintenance.

Weight Indicator : Inspection and maintenance.

All type of crane signal.

Offload diesel.

Rotary table maintenance.

Oil and coolent sample analysis.

Isolation: lock out, tag out.

Rig move & Rig up:

Mast down & mast up by using Drawworks and hydraulic cylinders.

Rigging up & rigging down Top drive.

Rigging up & rigging down Iron roughneck.

Rigging up & rigging down Drawworks.

Disconnect & connect all BOP and chock manifold hydraulic hoses.

Disconnect & connect all pneumatic and water connections.

Disconnect & connect engine diesel and pneumatic lines.

Secure shale shaker and mud mixer.
