Formulation of Market Re-entry strategy for Uno Noodles after closure for 1year.Out of 12million per month for pan Nigeria.We got 2million within the first 6months of operation in market share.

Chellarams Plc

Major highlight here was taking Chellarams away from being importer of Cheese,Butter and Oldenburger milk brands.I got contract to produce Nido brand for Nestle Foods and this led to launching of our own brand Real Milk . Development of 525 Supermarkets in Lagos and Ogun for Formal trade.This impacted on the launching of Becks Beer greatly.

Indomie Noodles

I woke up one morning in 2004 and I received a ‘harmless’ message that my brand was POISONOUS.I knew what can come afterwards.So I started working on the Ghana and Togo Markets.I used our families in Ghana as a contact to reach the stakeholders.When sales came to virtually zero here,I was selling to Ghana and Togo.I also wrote the Jingle titled ‘After The Storm’ that saw the brand through the turbulence.

Development of CR5 documents for demarcation of territories to avoid price war I met on the ground.Also, the retail universe of the cigarette business streetwise.From 27,000cartons in my Area, we moved to 52,000 because the channel was sure of their investment.

Standard Breweries

Launching of Club Bitter that happened to be the first Energy Drink with Bitter Herbs and Quinine extract.That makes it medicinal too.It was a risk I took which the company was slow in adopting but which became a cash cow.I sold into HORECAS even more than the wholesale.
