Roles & Responsibilities

Brand Management

Directly responsible for the overall financial performance, customer experience & brand development, across the GCC through the retail&e-commerce channels.

Analyse the brand & market requirements in depth, toinstigate a continuous cycle of research & analysis to evolve a dynamic buying, merchandising& replenishment cycle (through OTB management) & a pricing strategy to maintain continued newness in the store while meeting sell through & profitability targets.

Conceptualize, implement&evaluate store specific productivity driving measures & interventions in the areas of M&AP, marketing, pricing & promotionsto achieve P&L targets.

Design the marketing & promotion calendar in agreement with the brand strategy& accordance with the local seasons & events. Create an adequate brand platform in liaison with the local PR/media.

Ensure the achievement of brand KPIs such as ITR&GMR (inventory & margin management) through OTB planning&merchandise operations.

Maintain to &fro communication with the brand partners& ensure adherence in terms of store design & layout, visual merchandising, operational procedures & service standards.

Operational Responsibilities

Bottom-Up approachfor Annual Budgeting & Revenue forecasting, based on the brand budgets, sales mix, profitability, operational costs& retail KPIs.

Maximize sales & profitability by planning, implementing & monitoring store wise initiatives to promote walk-ins,Conversions, UPT & ATV by realizing product, people & process enhancementsthrough strong operations & training.

Ensure adequate availability & timely replenishment of the right merchandise at the right location & control store wise inventory levels through consolidation, internal transfers to maintain a desired stock mix.

Execute the marketing, SALE & Promotion calendar starting from stock planning, sales & margin analysis, pricing reviews against legal compliances. Assist in permit application & ensure in-store execution.

Drive leadership & team development through timely recruitment & management of retail team. Train & appraise them continuously & provide direction for sales, SOP adherence,process streamlining & progression.

Business Development

Identify market trends & competitor positioning through SWOT analysis to identify the opportunities for new brands / expansion, throughpreparation of concept / store proposals, resource planning&project facilitation to ensure timely project delivery.

Liaise with the mall leasing teams to identify appropriate locations across key malls, negotiate on the financials.
