My responsibilities here included managing the Planning and supporting staff, creating plans and policies to meet customer demands and ensure on-time delivery. I provided labor forecast data for the Production, Materials and Labor budget through capacity planning for our two facilities in Union City. I improved communication and focus efforts between Production, Operations, Quality, Shipping and Planning teams to meet customer needs.
