- Preparing reports covering financial and qualitative indicators such as Mall and Media, POS (point of sale) rental, Minimum Rentals, Variables, counting the flow of people and vehicles, monitoring insurance policies of retailers and common areas, consolidating the justification of expenses of the condominium and promotion fund;
- Preparing economic analysis reports for inclusion and exchange of brands in the Shopping Mall;
- Planning budgets;
- Planning, implementing and monitoring projects;
- Performing contractual analysis for retail property leasing;
- Conducting commercial negotiations to renew store contracts;
- Leading sustainable projects:
- With the implementation of a mini composting plant, having greenhouse gas emission reduced and expenses with sanitary landfill decreased in 12%. In recognition, our team earned an international award for Best Team by the multinational corporation owner of the mall.
(November 2015 – October 2017) FabriQ – Trainee Manager Educational Department:
- Creating and developing the education sector, carrying out recruitment and training teams;
- Attracting and managing institutional partners;
- Recruiting facilitators;
- After four months the offer of courses in technology, innovation, and management scheduled for the following six months doubled.
Communication Department:
- Developing the company’s internal and external communication areas, encouraging the sharing of internal knowledge and greater interaction among the team. Externally, improving communication through press releases, website construction and lectures:
- As a result, the organisational climate became visibly lighter and collaboration among teams from different sectors increased significantly. Multidisciplinarity gained space, and the quality of projects delivered to end customers enhanced. During this experience, I developed my analytical, creative, and management skills.
Startup Accelerator:
- Discovering and selecting new startups;
- Creating and managing events such as the Amazon Conference on Entrepreneurship and Innovation
(CAEI), the Innovation Roadmap Tour and related events to promote the Accelerator;
- Planning and giving training directed to startup development during the acceleration process:
- At least 60% of the start-ups I was directly mentoring were approved in the public notices of InovAtiva, a Federal Government’s programme launched to create opportunities to start-ups countrywide, and 20% received investments of important players in the Manaus market, such as supermarket chains and advertising agencies.
