The project’s scope involved improving the structure and process of case management within eFUSE and providing a support system that will enable Anthem to create a clinically integrated platform and customer experience. eFUSE is a CIW claims intake and workflow enterprise application that integrates the OHI (Other Health Information) from different source systems to process the cases and take the decisions.
As a Scrum Master in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment for three PEGA teams, identify process changes required to accelerate development and remove major impediments to meet the sprint goal and ensure seamless business delivery.
