WORK EXPERIENCE

From 30th May 2014 onwards started an internship with Welcome rentals (A vacation rental company) till 30th August.

Responsibilities at Welcome rentals:

Spanish Online Marketing Executive: My task was to persuade the Spanish clients to put their properties on the portal of "welcome rentals" by giving them the benefits, features and advantages over the competitors.

From 4th Sep 2014 onwards started working with Convergys as Quality Analyst in Spanish till 3rd April 2015.

Spanish Quality Analyst: Responsible for monitoring inbound Spanish calls and mentoring the Spanish representatives by identifying errors and giving them immediate appeals and feedback for improving call quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities at Convergys:

Performed high number of evaluations based on representative coverage no matter if the team was aptly staffed or not.

From 6th April 2015 till date working with one of the "Big Four Audit Firm" at Ernst & Young (EY) as Senior (Consultant 2 in Business Consulting – GDS ‘Global Delivery Services’)

Responsibilities at Ernst & Young (EY):

1.Worked with a core team performing the Control and Compliance assessment of a Fortune 50- IT Services firm, an American Multinational Technology company headquartered in Redmond, Washington operating in 110 countries.

Acted as a second line of defense to identify process gaps and suggest remediation plans to mitigate risks associated with Internal Audit.

Assisted in compliance review (as a process specialist and reviewer) of Sales and Marketing Services Group for 110 countries worldwide. Key segments covered: Human Recourse (HR), Enterprise and partner group (EPG), Public Sector (PS), Developer experience and Evangelism (DX), Consumer Device Sales (CDS), Marketing and Operations (M&O), Financial Management (FM) etc.

Highlighted process deviations and gaps across various locations and suggest plans for standardization.

Developed and Revamped walkthroughs and training modules to be delivered on quarterly basis as per client direction.
