2008 – Present Senior Mechanical Engineer (Gas Turbine & Rotating) Company: Wintershall Dea / Suez Oil Company (SUCO). Location: Zait Bye, Red Sea, Egypt.
o Performing Service exchange fo 10 units (Ruston TB 5000 powered by siemens), 4 units power generation and 6 units Mechanical Drive. o Attand FAT test for Siemens Gas Turbines in Lincoln U.K (Siemens Factory). o Performing routine maintenance and solving all troubleshooting for Gas Turbine and Rotating equipment such as (Pumps, Compressors, Gas engine and Diesel engines) to keep the avaliability and relibalite of rotating and static equipment. o Performing service exchange for solar Gas Turbine with Solar vendor. o Performing combustion chamber Inspection, hot gas path Inspection, borscope Inspection and major overhaul of GE Frame 5 Mark 6. o Performing predictive maintenance for rotating equipment (oil analysis reports, good using vibration device CSI 2140 to collect the vibration data, anylasis data, vibration report and recommindation created by me, Thermal camera). o Perform weekly, monthly,six monthly and annual preventive maintenance. o Request all spare parts for Gas Turbines, Gear Box, Auxillary system and mechanical drive (centerfugail Compressors).
