Designing, building, and ying a lightweight, compact Micro-Class air-craft with high lift and maximum payload capacity. I worked as a Fabrication Head and Lead Structural Analyst while also being actively involved in designing and modelling. SOLIDWORKS was used for modelling and ANSYS for structural analysis. XFLR5 was used to analyze the aerodynamic coe cients.
EXPERIENCE Summer Intern
Schneider Electric India Pvt LTD. May 2017 - July 2018 Bengaluru, India
E ective deployment of SQA Log in the branches throughout India remotely from Bangalore. Continious improvement of the log based on the feedback from the branches.
Summer Intern
Toyota Kirloskar Motors June 2018 - July 2018
Bengaluru, India
Sealer (liquid) Ooze-Out problem solution in Weld Shop. I put forward the appli- cation of a washer, a Scrapper, and Controlled Environment storage of the sealer as control measures after a thorough analysis of the sealer and the status of the sealer nozzle. I also received exposure to the process of manufacturing and assembling a full functioning automobile from scratch as well as Toyota’s work culture.
