Woodbury, MN – Super Target anchored Commerce Hill. Performed due diligence, entitlements and permitting (City, County, Watershed District), coordination of civil, traffic, architectural disciplines, community meetings, tenant negotiation, project budget and schedule.

Green Bay, WI – Negotiated the sale of Target anchored, Copps Food Center shopping center. $10,000,000 sale. Procured buyer, transaction consummated, 11-25-2009.
