Landmark Asset Management Group Leasing Manager 2003–2005 On-site development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and leasing program for the 547,000 square foot, 27-story First National Bank Center (now, “One Columbia”) in Downtown San Diego, as well as oversight and execution for an additional 1.5 million square feet of suburban San Diego properties. Many similar responsibilities and activities as mentioned above (while at GE Capital Real Estate).
USAA Realty Company Director, Real Estate Services 2000-2003 Coordination and development of a targeted leasing and marketing program for the 547,000 square foot, 27-story First National Bank Center in Downtown San Diego.
