Position: Lead Process Technician

I am responsible for all process documentation. Making new processes, sampling new tools, and making sure critical dimensions are addressed. I do all the tooling changes as well. Monitor the processes to ensure that everything is running efficient is also my responsibility. I do all the automation programming on the Sepro robots in the molding department as well.

Position: Supervisor/Lead Technician

Supervising a staff of 20 people including skilled labor. Responsible for

operations of the facility. Quality, productivity, scheduling, and administrative

duties. Making sure all processes were documented and up to date. Also responsible for the auxiliary equipment. Making processes and sampling were my responsibility as well.
