Recruitment:

Designed and implemented recruitment strategy on internal sourcing from Junior to senior level positions in Technical & Non-Technical requirements, Handling complete recruitment cycle i.e. from Manpower Planning till hiring the suitable candidates.

Posting of Job positions in Naukri portal and sourcing of resumes for staff positions.

Selection & screening process of primary interviews for conducting aptitude test, final client interviews assessment and negotiation on various aspects such as salary, role & position offered for staff positions.

Organizing Off Campus recruitments for Diploma Engineers from different states and conducting HR interview along with technical panel.

Selection of contract employees as per norms.

To coordinate with the finance department for monthly payroll system, make necessary entries for new joiners, separation cases, unpaid leave, Comp off leave, salary advances, etc. Follow-up with Finance team for timely credit of salary & Issuing salary slips on time for both Blue collars & White collars.

Employee Engagement:

Plan and organize monthly engagement activities as per the engagement calendar.

Plan and coordinate in the monthly communication meeting.

Organize monthly birthday celebration of employees.

Training & Development:

To prepare the annual training calendar.

Coordinating with training agencies & internal trainers to organize training and development programmes to adhere the training calendar.

To coordinate with internal trainers & organize On the job training (OJT) for newly joined employees.

Maintaining staff training documentation as per ISO & IATF standards.

HR MIS-Reports:

Preparation of Headcount reports, Absenteeism & Attrition reports, Training reports, Town hall meeting reports & other miscellaneous reports as per requirements.

Employee Welfare & Grievance handling:

Renewal of group mediclaim policies like GMC, GPA & GTLI in coordination

with mediclaim insurance agencies.

Coordinate with insurer for employee medicliam reimbursements.

Clarify the Employee Grievance and various issues/queries on Leave policy, Salary payment.

Full & Final Settlement and Exit Process:

Conducting exit interview process for resigned, quit / terminated employees.

Preparing the Full & Final settlement, Experience & relieving letter.

To educate & coordinate with resigned employees about online EPFO settlement / transfer.

HR Administration:

Processing monthly vendor invoices like canteen, transport, and housekeeping in SAP after scrutinizing.

Co-ordinate with the vendors in yearly agreement renewal.

To prepare annual HR & Admin budget & raise the purchase requests.

Handling various audits like ISO & IATF.

Offer release, bank account opening, ID card coordination, sending details to the support staff.

Collating and presenting the 3S rewarding scheme- suggestions scheme.

Maintain the notice board with the recent employee engagement activities & weekly 3S status.

Maintain & Update the employee database & employee personal files, preparing all HR letters and certificates etc.
