WORK EXPERIENCE

Completed 2 years at TATA MOTORS (CVBU), Pune. As a Production Engineer (Professional FT) since Department- ENGINE FACTORY DEPARTMENT.

While working in TATA MOTORS CVBU, PUNE, as a production Engineer I learned all possible knowledge required for handle the assembly line and handle a large team of about 150 people. How to manage all things right from planning to execution. All material handling and achieve require quality production. Working in Engine factory department my knowledge about engine take a very shine and experience teach me how to analyze problems of engines. Also working In production Department I do most of Work of Maintenance Dept. and Quality Department.

INTERNSHIP

Worked as a Mechanical Trainee with MagnaKraft Automation Systems Pune. Design and manufacturing Special Purpose Machines

(Duration:1 month).

• I had learnt Pneumatics Operations and Automation.

• I gain hand on experience of manufacturing processes and assembly . FIELD WORK

Attended multiple industrial visits in various sectors e.g. Food Processing Industry, Automation Industry, Water treatment plant, Small workshops and plenty Manufacturing Industries. Represented college team “STALLION MOTORSPORT” in

SUPRA SAEINDIA National level Event 2016,Formula Student Car, Work in Suspension Department And Anti Roll Bar (ARB) (Overall rank:17th)

Formula Bharat 2017 Formula Student Car, Work in Suspension Department And Anti Roll Bar (ARB) (Overall rank 14th) Participation in various Quizzes’, Technical Workshops and Seminars.

Attended the Lean Six Sigma Workshop and achieved GREEN BELT CERTIFICATION,2017 .

BE PROJECT

Successfully completed and presented the final year project based on mechatronics named as Solar Powered Arduino based “ SMART ITTIGATION SYSTEM ” and publish research paper on the same topic in “INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING RESEARCH

JOURNAL”.

PROJECTS

1-ZDS STATION: to prevent frequent defect which are occurring during Engine assembly, make such station as a ZDS station by implementing appropriate Poka Yoke.

2-BS6 Engine Assembly Implementation: In a very short period of time I gave all provision to Assemble BS6 engine on BS4 engine conveyor, by Making all necessary changes at all req. stations. EDUCATION
