Sole owner in consulting to wineries

Consultant.

Customers serviced Fosters USA, Broken Earth, Sextant and Krushwurks as major projects.

At several customers insistence established consulting company to aide in helping out customers with production issues and bottlenecks

Help redesign or assist in designing new production facilities

Represent and recommend various winery equipment manufactures

Assisted in selling customers in selling their obsolete equipment.

Cost of project consultant including any refurbish, new equipment and facilities.

AP Manufacturing February 2013 – March 2015

Start up company providing tanks to wineries, dairy’s and beverage bottlers

Sales/Partner

Took company with zero revenue to $1 million in sales to wineries such as Center of Effort, Gainey, Fosters USA, Meridian, Tooth and Nail, Rancho Sisquac.

Set up marketing program, bid/estimate program and general sales.

Hood Eic January 2011-Febuary 2013

Hood is a subsidy of Ebarra. To expand sales Hood started tank division focusing on food, beverage and winey. Tank division was disbanded with change of CEO/COO

Hired as salesman for sanitary tank division

Generated all business through cold call and prior customer base.

Established $750,000 in sales primarily to wineries in Temecula area within first six months.

Central Coast Stainless October 2001-March 2010

CCS primarily constructed SS wine tanks. I purchased IRAPP/Westec shares to become partner.

VP/ Salesman Stainless Steel Division

Took sales from 10K to average $2.5 million a year.

Primary customers Fosters USA, Franciscan Group, Tolosa (Gallo), Seasmoke, Castoro Cellars, Wildhorse and numerous other Central Coast Wineries.

Managed entire SS division including production, scheduling, purchasing, marketing and sales.

Created new markets for SS division including Esterline (defense contractor), fertilizer storage and chemical storage tanks.

Designed, edited all sales material. Arranged trade show attendance and laid out booth art work.

Implemented change in weld procedures in order to achieve higher quality sanitary welds.

Redesigned tank base to new more efficient and earthquake compatible design.

Worked with several customers to improve fermentation tanks function and usability.

Irapp/Westec February 1999-October 2001

Irapp engineered and provided refrigeration to wineries and any industry needing industrial refrigeration. The Westec division provided both tanks and grape handling equipment.

Southern Regional Sales Manager.

Established dominance in territory by supplying Sanford winery with tanks and refrigeration. This included designing tanks on elevator lift to allow for gravity feed for bottling and transfer.

Expanded customer base in territory distant from manufacturing plant.

Worked with Paso Robles Tank/CCS which was Westec minor division to create new shop on Central Coast.
