Work experience

I worked at Shoprite, Katlehong during my gap year in 2016 where I was placed in the scanning department and did my job very well as I was able to work productively through all challenging situations.

I am currently working in Kalahari Resort where I’m doing my 1 year internship which goes with my course as my Work Integrated Learning, so far I have been trained and has been working in Front desk since 29 December 2019 until now. From my position as an intern I have learnt to work productively under pressure, staying calm and come up with a solution in messy situations, handling guests complaints, taking inside and outside calls, making reservations and multi-tasking, using all front office systems used within the company.
