It was with interest that I read of the opportunity with the organization. I would like to take this moment to submit my CV for your review and consideration.

Reviewing the responsibilities of the role, I would like to highlight some of my experience and background as it relates to the position. I have worked with various corporations not only developing their strategic marketing programs but then implementing them through a variety of media and communications channels and returning a positive ROI. In addition, I have been responsible for developing plans, budgets and mentoring a growing team of executives at all levels.

I would also like to share with you some of my background in more detail:

1. Implemented a multi-phase integrated brand-building program for an international manufacturing organization looking to reposition themselves to the global business market. Result was a 25% positive response rate and conversion, and increased market share overall by 8%. Built database within six months that was used in cross-sell and other promotional areas to develop business.

2. Recently re-launched new China-based manufacturer/retailer to the consumer and business markets. Handled all research and evaluation prior to launch. Developed strategy, platform, and positioning. Managed complete VI process. Brand is now ranked as one of the Top 500 Brands.

3. Currently developing an online marketing division for international technology firm. Handling all planning development, strategy and implementation, and budgets. Supervise all research (qualitative and quantitative) analytics to determine market strategy. Oversee database administration, including all client information (current and potential), mailing lists, financial reports and applications. Handle all SEO/SEM and other online marketing search engine techniques to drive in new clients via Organic and PPC usage, and all appropriate social media including QQ, Weibo, Kaishan, Twitter, Facebook.

4. Successfully launched a CRM program for CPG organization that was targeting a well-defined market. Through research, planning and execution we received a 7% response rate with close to a 100% conversion. We then created a life cycle program for retention in a competitive market where we achieved a 42% success rate.

5. Rebuilt unprofitable marketing division for international corporation. Implemented process and procedures. Provided training and direction. Created a fully integrated approach between account, creative and planning functions that helped drive new business from both existing clients and potential client opportunities. Directed global pre-marketing strategies for marketing thought leadership and involvement leading to increased brand awareness and greater market share by 3%.

6. Strategic lead on new business development. Handle RFP. Manage schedules and budgets. Liaison with client. Have won over $30million in new business.
