Oversaw build out of rolling 6-month cash forecasts and variance analysis via Kyriba TMS & MS Excel in support of optimal liquidity resulting in a reduced Money Market Pool by $300M in support of operating needs of a 30+ affiliate hospital system

Chair of Credit Card Oversight Committee - drove the strategic effort to centralize credit card processing leading to 216% growth (2014 ~$120M to 2019 ~$380M annual volume) and established PCI Compliance training program resulting in reduced risk of credit card data fraud
