Authorization for Expenditure (AFE), budget transfer, supplementary budget, as well as proactively addressing any discrepancies to ensure cost recoverabilities. 2. Rigorous involvement in Corporate Plan and Budget preparation for Joint Venture and ensuring integration with PCSB's objectives and strategies. PSC and JOA requirements. 3. Critical review on cash request from Operators, productions and lifting entitlement from the

PSC accounts and addressing any discrepancies.

4. Performing revenue & fixed asset accounting in order to support management taxation and statutory requirement.

5. Preparing Monthly Management Reporting (MMR) to discretely provide information regarding Project Sharing Contract (PSC).

6. Recording expected and actual revenue and identify the variances based on PSC 7. Preparing Audit Schedule on PSC based on quarterly basis. 2016 - 2016
