Introduced new Squeeze Dressings line up, on time and within budget Delivered $1.7mm in component cost savings to the business unit.

• Lead packaging supplier improvement team resulting in the achievement of commissioning two high speed dressings manufacturing lines, a $50mm capital improvement project

• Utilizing SAP Shipment data, designed and implemented a Supplier Performance Scorecard that resulted in a first year 10% Quality Improvement Rate for suppliers within the Dressing Unit.
