Achievements:
-Managed project activities across Kenya (Kajiado, Kiambu and Nairobi) and Tanzania (Moshi and Arusha)
-The 9 activities included: - training, monitoring and evaluation of lessons, giving feedback, ensuring the equipment provided to the schools were functional, lesson demos and refresher training for new teachers, writing reports and stakeholder relations.
-Facilitated one-off allocation of 200k to 53 schools for educational equipment and trained 18 teachers on using technological devices such as screens and computers to deliver lessons to students.
-Facilitated training supported and supervised up to 3000 teachers with an emphasis on the implementation of the training modules during preparation and lesson presentation.
-Facilitated training of teachers across 25 schools in literacy, numeracy, and remediation.
-Trained 380 teachers and 15 Ministry of Education officials from Nairobi, Kajiado, Kiambu, Machakos and Wajir.
-Developed the best and most sustainable remediation strategy among 420 project schools in Kenya emerging the best school (Upper Matasia, Kajiado).
-Gave 375 motivational talks in four clusters of schools assigned to me improving the education outcome through end of term assessments.
-Lobbied community action mobilizers to investigate a child abuse issue resulting in the intervention of authorities in guaranteeing the safety of the child and continuation of their studies.
-Generated about 13780 weekly performance reports.
-Provided teachers with technical support including administering diagnostic tests and preparing learning materials for remedial learners with school visits every two weeks and resolution of tickets raised within 24 hours.
-Researched ideas over 2 months and developed, evaluated, and reviewed training materials every 3 months.
-Hosted up to 10 sessions that trained teachers in project schools on lesson demonstrations, in preparation for stakeholders and high profile guests including former US President Bill Clinton and representatives from the United Kingdom House of Commons.

-Sourced, prepared and managed teacher trainings, procuring between 10 and 15 venues for up to 50 teachers for each session.
-Co-organized stakeholders’ meetings every 3 months per a county to articulate the organization’s mission and vision.
