Continuum Hotel Teton Village, WY- Task Force General Manager July 6, 2020-November 16, 2020 –

● 90 rooms and in-house restaurant. The hotel reopened June 22, 2020 after COVID-19 closure, with occupancy demands and limited workforce . Within 3 weeks, I was able to build a team to open F&B operations and also provide support to the existing operations team. We adapted to new operations during COVID-19, and we are proud to say that we kept employees and guests safe with zero case. The hotel exceeded budget from July - October operating at 92% occupancy.

Shade Hotel Redondo Beach – Opening General Manager – Regional Director of Operations - January 2017 – April 2020

● Shades Hotels has 54 and 38 guest rooms, flexible event venues and high-profile restaurants with combined revenue of 20 million dollars. The hotels lead the hotel comp set in MPI, ARI and RGI index.

● I was the general Manager at Shade Redondo where I was directly responsible for overseeing the Sales Department.

● I worked with my operations Management team to develop operating procedures for all areas. I was the liaison between the offsite Human Resources Department and the property.

● We develop action plans to help the team get the hotel from #9 to #1 on trip advisor within six months of opening. We continued to be number one in the market.

● Trained and developed revenue management strategies working closely with sales and rooms management teams. We transitioned from manual revenue management to recently transition to Duetto.

● Increase productivity and employee satisfaction in the housekeeping department, while reducing employee turnover and increasing morale. 1

● Meet and exceeded food and beverage department budget goals. Work closely with BOH team to keep a low food cost while still providing value and service to clients. Worked with executive chef in menu development for restaurant and banquets.

Opening General Manager – September 2006 – July 2014

● Some of my roles included acting Director of Sales of Marketing – Created budgets and sales plan for the property. Prospecting potential clients and traveled domestic and international destinations to visit clients.
