How the Entertainment Industry Works Television Project- Team Leader
Faced with creating a television documentary based on an important issue, I lead my team in developing a documentary based off of Scranton, PA which crosses together the opioid crisis in the area with the popular television show “The Office”
Analyzed the demographics of who would want to watch, how to balance the heavy themes with the sitcom, theorized the budgets for licensing of cameos, songs, clips from episodes of “The Office”
Arts & Entertainment Management Event Project- Budgeting Director
Brainstormed an event commemorating the reopening of Broadway productions; success of event led Professor to use our project as an example for future classes.
Determined the total costs of our event, including expenses such as the venue, production costs, talent salaries, food, merchandise, a contingency plan; acquired corporate sponsorships; and created a Best- Case, Break- Even, and Worst-Case Scenario for our event.

Managed the customer service desk and helped solve conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Engaged with customers at multiple events including Camp Bisco, where I was able to experience a behind the scenes look at how music festivals come together and sold product and tickets.
Sold merchandise at the retail shop and handled customer purchases at the cash register to efficiently process customer transactions.
Attended the waterslides to ensure the safety of the guests.

Boys and Girls Club (Scranton, PA) October 2016-2018
Volunteered at my hometown Boys and Girls Club, helped children with homework.
Went on a service trip to a Sioux Reservation in Lower Brule, South Dakota in order to connect with the children on the reservation, repair their Boys and Girls Club and clean out damaged houses in the area.
