The BP Energy South Jordan location is a marketing office that markets Natural Gas and Biogas. Administrative Assistant / Office Manager / Event Planner Asked to return to this role after a 2-year hiatus used to open a business. This role has continued to evolve allowing for a multitude of growth opportunities. Requiring little to no supervision in a diverse number of responsibilities. Demonstrate daily problem-solving capabilities and strengths in managing events, calendars and travel plans, for the VP, C-level leaders, marketers and customers.

• Successfully coordinated, planned and managed up to 3 customer events per year. Oversaw vendor and venue selection, travel and accommodations, executive dinners and customer banquets. Acquiring and coordinating speakers, save the dates, invitations, setting up and coordinating activities, implementing cost controls, customer communications, acquiring and distributing marketing materials. This requiring mindfulness, working with multiple deadlines, collaborating cohesively with vendors, speakers and IT professionals and keeping up to date spreadsheets for VP and marketers’ reference. Ensuring that all safety protocols were planned and implemented.
