Perform botox injections, micro-needling and cosmetic consultations.

Examine, treat and manage patients with longstanding chronic pain conditions, initiate and complete workup for epidurals, nerve blocks, radio-frequency ablation, vertebroplasty, facet joint injections, nerve root injections, spinal cord stimulators, intrathecal pain pumps. Treat and manage patients with acute or chronic pain, neuropathic, musculoskeletal, spine, rheumatological pain, migraine headaches, cancer pain and maxillofacial pain, and complex regional pain syndrome.

Treat and manage patients with pain complicated by PTSD, anxiety and/or depression and opioid use disorders.

Maximize drug treatment/improve outcomes routinely: review and act on as needed findings from CURES/toxicology/lab/ radiologic findings and physical therapy reports. Refer for physical therapy, rehabilitation, orthotics, mental health counsel- ing, nutritional counseling.
