OBJECTIVE: Process Systems Engineering for LNG/Refinery/Petrochemical/Gas Processing Plants. M.S. Chemical Engineer with 35 years of diversified industrial experience in process design & development, systems, operations, research, cost estimations, economic studies and evaluations. Strong background in the areas of grassroots, expansion and revamp projects with lump sum and cost plus types of contracts. I have successfully acted as Lead Engineer on projects including hydrotreaters, alkylation, hydrocrackers, crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation, FCC, sat and unsaturated gas plant, sulfur recovery, amine regeneration, hydrogen plants, olefins (ethylene, propylene, MAPD, butadiene) plants. Development of UFD’s include utility and instrument air systems with compressors and dryers; fuel gas systems with KO drums, fuel oil systems; potable, utility and cooling water systems with water treatment and CWT design; nitrogen supply system; boiler feed water, steam and condensate systems with steam generation facilities; storm water treatment including sumps, sump pumps, tankages; oily water system and API separators. Possess working knowledge of API, OSHA, NFPA, ANSI and ASME Codes. EXPERIENCE: Contract Engineer, TechnipFMC USA, Inc., Houston, TX 10/18 to present HRRL Dual Feed Cracker Unit Project, Rajasthan, India 02/19 to 12/19 Assisted in the development of Basic Engineering Design Package for this grassroots Ethylene/Propylene producing unit. Responsible for Feed Preparation, Quench & Dilution Steam Generation; CGC, Hot Fractionation, Refinery Off Gas unit, C4H, Py-Gas Hydrogenation and Utilities section of the plant. YNCC#2 Revamp Project, Yeosu S. Korea 10/18 to 01/19 Supervised, checked, communicated and discussed relieving scenarios for PSV calculations and PSV datasheets done in Mumbai office for the revamp project. Created comprehensive PSV summary for all PSVs in the plant per client request including all relieving scenarios and conditions. Consulting LNG Engineer, On Quest, San Dimas CA 07/16 to 08/17 Eversource Energy Peak Shaver LNG Upgrade Project, Hopkinton, MA 09/16 & 02/17 to 09/17 Developed detailed design package for 21 MM SCFD (250,000 GPD) Peak Shaver LNG Plant. Responsible for design of BOG Compressor and all Utilities units. Participated in HAZID for entire plant. Assisted in the winning proposal of EPC Bid for new 21 MM SCFD Nitrogen cycle Liquefier. Developed pre-FEED engineering package for Regasification Platform (0.7 MM gallons/day capacity). The platform contains equipment to re-gasify LNG from the FSU, as well as related process and safety equipment. Re-gasified LNG routed into undersea pipeline to onshore users. Supervisory Process Engineer, Technip USA, Inc., Houston, TX, 02/13 to 01/16 Sempra, Port Arthur LNG Project, Texas, 02/15 to 01/2016 The Port Arthur LNG project consists of two 4.5 Mtpa capacity trains. Work involved completion of a Pre-FEED Package with associated execution plans, procedures and specifications; supports of Owner’s permitting requirements for local, state, and federal (viz., FERC) permit applications. Sasol Ethane Cracker Project, Lake Charles, LA, 10/14 to 2/15 Revalidate PSV calculations during FEED and issue PSV datasheets for purchase. Checked vendor PSV calculations and drawings.

Participated in both HAZID and PPHA. Responsibilities include preparing a FEED package for three train, 15 MTPA LNG liquefaction plant and ancillary facilities. FEED package includes associated execution plans, procedures and specifications; support of owner's permitting requirements for local, state and federal (FERC) permits applications; development of an AACE Class 2 installed cost estimate and development of a tendering package to facilitate LSTK bid upon completion of FEED. FEED Bridging stage included review and verification of Pre-FEED work done by others, established feasibility of site development using Aero-Derivative Gas Turbines per Client request. Participated in pre-FEED verification of external contractor package.

Principal Process Engineer II, CB&I, Inc., Houston TX, 05/12 to 02/13 Dominion Cove Point Liquefaction Project, Cove Point, MD Responsibilities included preparing a FEED package for 750 MMSCFD natural gas liquefaction plant at Cove Point, Maryland using APCI Propane Pre-cooled/ Mixed Component Refrigerant (MR) process with an End Flash Stripper. Supervised engineers in course of preparing P&IDs, hydraulic calculations, equipment/instrument datasheets, utility balances and studies. Participated in both HAZID and PPHA. Lead Fluid Systems Engineer, Shaw Stone & Webster (4/04 to 5/12) Responsibilities include the accomplishment of a wide variety of administrative and technical jobs associated with the process engineering functions of petroleum refining / petrochemical projects including plant safety analysis.

- FEED package for Diesel Hydrotreater unit from licensor's information for RDP, Manabi Ecuador.

- FEED package for Sulfur Storage & Handling Systems, Refinery Fuel Gas and Heavy Sulfur Refinery Fuel Oil Systems, for Maissan Refinery, Iraq. Participated in SIL & HAZOP Reviews.

- H2 Plant (Haldor Topsoe) P&ID review at detailed engineering contractor office in Seoul, S.Korea.

- FEED package for GDU revamp project Marathon, Garyville LA, to support +10% cost estimate. Capacity of new Revamped GDU unit, 125% of the original.

- Detail design package of Mobile Source Air Toxic II projects for Marathon, Robinson IL for Benzene removal using UOP Sulfolane extraction technology.

- Detail design package of Hydrocracking unit for Marathon Garyville LA refinery expansion project.

- FEED package for the Alkylation and SAR units from licensor’s information for SK Refinery, S. Korea.

- Detail engineering packages for Marathon’s ULSD Hydrotreating projects for two refineries. Lead Project Engineer, Bechtel Inc., (9/98 to 6/00 & 9/03 to 4/04)

- Process system design package for installation of CEMS at BP’s Refinery in Whiting, Indiana.
