Airline Customer Satisfaction Analytics Dashboard : Link (01/2021 - Present) Using Cognos Analytics, presented the Satisfaction score of customer which different their age, ease of booking, type of travel, customer type. The Airline must focus on the customer of Age range between 20 - 35 (especially) on the female customers. The Eco and Eco plus must improve their customer service with the ease of booking is seen least satisfied on the milliennials. 2. Sales Analytics Dashboard : Link (01/2021 - Present) Generated an dashboard using cognos analytics to see insight of sales in different country with different metrics like ordering method, quantity,product type.

The Marketing process should be fully focused on the web and the promotion of product through website and SEM, the chart shows more than 85% sale were from web.

3. Airbnb Data Analysis : Link (01/2021 - Present) Presented the Data analysis of Airbnb booking and other metrics leading the number of reviews and the price determination factors. The dashboard showed the Availability and the neighbourhood plays an important factor in price with the number of reviews.
