Develop active candidate sourcing strategy and pipelines using different sourcing tools.

Screening of Resumes and candidates on the basis of requirements specified by the delivery team/client and maintaining the internal database.

Responsible for Vendor Management activities.

Responsible for providing the requirements to Vendors and following up with them and getting the profiles from them and shortlisting the candidates and allotting panels for interviews and making sure the interview is done and providing the feedback to Vendors.

Maitaining the trackers on daily basis and monthly basis.

Responsible for collecting documents from the candidates and taking care of joining formalities of the candidates.

Screening the candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation, technical knowledge and qualification.

Doing salary fixation/negotiation and ensuring notice period with the candidates.

Process the profiles to the client. Coordinating with the candidate and client to schedule the interviews.

Following up with the candidates till they join. Managing good relationship with candidates to ensure smooth on boarding, document compilation for selected candidate.

Maintaining the database of all the candidates, shortlisted, interviewed, offered,joined and declined.
