Asset Integrity Engineer/Offshore Inspection Supervisor Bonga FPSO, 05/2015 - Present

Coordinate and ensure integrity of key equipment with routine inspections. Focus on areas of vulnerability and facilitate integrity analysis to predict, control, and resolve failures. Organize specialist contractors for various routine techniques and statutory inspections. Oversee offshore fabric maintenance crew, intervention, and deliver support; conduct root cause analysis (RCAs); and introduce cost savings initiatives. Integral to Bonga FPSO inspection maintenance and execution plan with consultation on strategies, budgets, and resource requirements for asset integrity achievement. Complete internal and external inspections for more than 60nos. vessels and 18 nos. HEXs and Coolers.

Orchestrated inspections and integrity analyses in collaboration with 15 cross-functional team members tasked with maintaining Bonga CIMS deployment campaign. Coordinated project schedule in partnership with DWP scheduler. Supervised offshore inspection on a relief basis. Directed specialist contractors for offshore assessment and inspections utilizing SAP.

Team achieved 91.6% availability of Bonga FPSO with over 60 days of zero safety incidents.

Research Engineer – Offshore Pipeline Design and Installation Project

Meticulously inspected and analyzed for offshore pipeline projects covering the design, installation, and finite element analysis. Led inspection and analysis of subsea pipelines for susceptibility of upheaval buckling. Tested beta features in SAGE profile 3D design to carry out design of pipe-in-pipe systems.

Achieved 100% project completion within schedule as well as team recognition for excellent delivery of expected outcomes.
