SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR • SEASON JOURNALS • MAY 2020-PRESENT As a Social Media Coordinator, I’m responsible for growing the Season Journals
(“Company”) brand awareness and following through social media, namely the Instagram platform. I ensure that Season’s digital presence remains relevant, current, and aligned with the brand visual and written language. I work alongside the Owner/Creative Director on product development and holiday campaigns. BUSINESS OWNER• LAUREN PENNINGTON PHOTOS • AUG 2019–PRESENT I manage my own photography business where I take photos for families, seniors and events. I coordinate with multiple clients and take charge of setting all appointments. In addition to taking photos, I also manage the editing and export of all files. CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT INTERN • SUSAN G. KOMEN • FEB 2020–MAY 2020 During my time at Komen Columbus I worked with a team to create social media content, design work, and fundraising projects. My duties included creating social media content for the series #KomenCbusCares, creating fundraising flyers on Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, and implementing fundraising initiatives. PR INTERN •MORRIS PUBLIC RELATIONS FIRM • AUG 2019–DEC 2019 In the duration of this internship, I maintained strong relationships with clients by meeting in person and by emailing on a daily basis throughout the week. Some of my noteworthy accomplishments include leading a project where I created and presented a social media workshop for a very large nonprofit in Columbus Ohio to the CEO and his team, assisted facilitating 60 second news style segments twice a week for an internationally recognized client, and wrote consistently for two CBS affiliate television markets.
