My name is Tiffany Becher and I am honored to be considered for one of your open positions. I am a motivated MBA-Healthcare Management graduate with 15 -years of experience in healthcare. My vast experience includes care delivery, program coordination, project development and implementation, LEAN and process improvement, training and development, development of training materials, budget, leadership, and much more.

I’m used to working in a fast pace and complex healthcare organization. My current employer is Kaiser Permanente. My experience with Kaiser has given me many advantages, including knowledge of how to implement and improve standards to meet quality objectives. Additionally, Kaiser’s unique position as an HMO has equipped me with the advantage of working for both a healthcare provider organization and healthcare payor organization.

Because of my unique experience, education, and skillset, I am open to many different leadership opportunities. My leadership philosophy is that good leaders create experts. Being a leader doesn't always mean being an expert. A leader's role is to respect the expertise of the skilled worker by giving them what they need to do the expert's work and obtain expert skills. This includes removing barriers that disable expert work and seeking expert knowledge as it’s required.
