Corporate Controller
As a start-up company Mid-Atlantic Lubes, Inc. (2008) was established to own and operate 20 Jiffy Lube locations in PA and NJ. I single-handedly created accounting protocol, set-up and implementation of all back-office functions. In 2012, 4 Jiffy Lube locations in Hawaii was purchased as Pacific Lubes, LLC. In 2015, 12 Big O locations in Nevada were purchased as Western Automotive Group. Finally, in 2017 Mid-Atlantic Lubes and Pacific Lubes were sold and 44 Big O locations in MO, KS and MN were acquired.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Accounting (AP, AR, treasury and risk management, cash flow, account reconciliations) and Payroll Departments

Trimac Transportation formerly Logistics Express, Inc.-Orange, CA (2005-2008)
$75 million Transportation Company specializing in cryogenic liquids and compressed gases. Assistant Controller
Owned by an equity firm, Logistics Express operated in a niche sector, and subsequently was purchased by Trimac Transportation in an effort to diversify the service they could provide.
