Migrated 300 display screens into ProcessBook for their entire refinery system. This process included making accurate symbols, tagging hundreds of items, designing trend plots and bar charts, designing alarm states, and enhancing overall functionality of all new display screens.

Migrated 100 spreadsheets into the new system within DataLink using previously made tags.

Interpreted information to better tag alarm states and analyze any problem areas for the client.

Worked with the team to create a best practices guidelines and documents to use in order to improve timely communication between Wipro, IE and Flint Hills.

Business analyst focused on process/activity/value stream mapping for El Teniente mining operations in relation to mine optimization and Value Driver Tree models.

Documented mine flow processes for El Teniente mine with a focus on its three largest production areas and all equipment associated with these areas.

Created Material Process Flow diagrams for three mining areas and the Integrated Operations Facility

Created complex shell models and flow diagrams of all processes associated with the mining operations in order to implement into Qerent Modeler.

Worked specifically with the operations team to fully understand all mining processes associated with El Teniente mine.
