•BRC (British Retail Consortium - Compliance for Annual Audits. (All systems and paper work put in place to get certification.

SMP - Pending (Juanita/Frans is working out a way that I can track the technician's weekly visits and follow up non-compliances.

O/T spreadsheet - Submitting to payroll and updating spreadsheet.

Nedfleet Fuel - Collection of petrol receipts/toll gate receipts. Then reconciling it with the Nedbank report. Also updating the Fuel spreadsheet.

Vehicle Fleet - Updating kms and when maintenance needs scheduling.

Booking of service and or repairs.

Ctrack - Updating Spreadsheet - Kms driven, Speed Violations, Vehicle abuse. Scheduling or fixing any problems with their Rep.

Qmuzik - Loading of Reqs and matching it to invoices. Forward to Accounts Dept for

payment.

IMR - Send in completed machine installation reports to SI UK.

•Sinclair Training Matrix - Issue of Certificates - Updating SMP and Filing of Admin with

regards to Training.

Machine and Installation Report - Tim and Aaron - cc Juanita/Alan and Frans.

•Request payments Casual wages - Pre-Season, Season and Post Season. Garage Hire for Colin and Hermanus - Rent paid.

•ZAA, ZA3 and ZAB Inventory - update (Sinclair parts used by technicians).

•Secretarial /Clerical Duties such as maintaining a filing system, answering phones and taking messages. Clerical duties that may include typing, copying, faxing, scanning, composing routine correspondence.

Also answering the phone and taking manual label orders for Abi when she is not

available.

•Sourcing Quotes from various suppliers relating to day to day operation of the Workshop/ Simoco Factory depending on needs and requirements, eg. vehicle maintenance, building maintenance, parts (spares) or consumables required.

•Traininq - Coordinating Forklift, Overhead Crane, Fire Fighting and First Aid Training when necessary.

•First Aid Boxes- Responsible for the replenishing of the supplies.

•Fire Extinquisher/Fire Hose - Servicing and or/replacing.

•Contractors - Marvelous Maids, Garden medics and Rotocon, Enviroserv, Rentokill.

Complaints, requests, pickups, scheduling, invoices etc.

•Recons: All payment expenses cash or credit card - company based - Juanita, Alan, Frans as well as technicians on site - (Tzaneen, Marble Hall, Kirkwood, Citrusdal and Villiersdorp).

•Parts Order - Sinclair Service Parts - Order for Frans.

•Cycle Counts - ZAB, ZA3, ZAA Sinclair UK track high value items.
