• Authored Organizational Change Management (OCM) Communications and Sponsorship plan for the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution – Technical Refresh (NMMES-TR), a global software implementation program.

Developed Stakeholder Analyses, Change Impact Assessments, and other change management documents to determine change activities that worked best for each organization.
