Supervised staff of 9 parts personnel and 2 delivery drivers with a strong wholesale operation and 20 technicians in a five franchise shop under union conditions. Inventory was $800,000 and was reduce to a better turning $600,000 within the first year. Sales were $4m a year with gross profits retaining about 35%.
1998-2002

Supervised staff of 5 parts personnel with strong emphasis on shop support of 22 service bays. Inventory control and core cost control maintained gross profit levels at the 35% mark. Supported new truck sales so it could obtain objectives required by manufacturers.
