This project is to develop a system to maintain and manage Group and Member Enrollment related information. Responsibilities included:

Conduct Daily Standups – ensure that the team members have no impediments with being able to finish their work, if any were reported, worked towards removing them as soon as possible.

Conduct Backlog grooming with the Product Owner, Analysts and development team to ensure that stories were groomed and pointed accurately. Ensured that the sessions were effectively used and the team following the Scrum principles.

PROJECT: Boots – MCF Phase III project Nov 2013 – Aug 2014

The existing tills all over Boots estate were showing some inconsistencies and deficiencies with respect to the hardware being used. Thus, this project was undertaken to introduce Multiple Controller Feature in the estate. The entire program was divided into three phases and this project is the third phase. All the stores that did not fall in Phase I and Phase II would be implemented with MCF and also this phase shall ensure that the new stores being opened shall have MCF solution implemented in them. Responsibilities included:

Clarified the Business Scope, conducted workshops to identify requirements from Phase I and Phase II that shall be implemented in Phase III and to gather new requirements for this phase.

Worked with the Infrastructure team to identify and finalize the list of stores that would be a part of Phase III

Conducted requirement workshop, interviewed the Infrastructure teams, Business Users

Acted as a liaison between the Infrastructure teams and the Business Users.
